John Todd
President
John Todd joined the Arcosa Specialty Materials Leadership Team in March of 2015. He brings with him extensive quarry and mineral processing experience, as well as many years in senior management roles with one of the world’s largest construction material companies. Prior to joining Arcosa Specialty Materials, John spent over 22 years’ experience in mining and manufacturing with Holcim US, Inc.
Brian Dowden
Vice President – Operations
Arcosa Lightweight
Brian has been a leader in the Lightweight Aggregate business for 15 years, with responsibilities as Plant Manager, Project Manager, Area Operations Manager and now Vice President – Operations. Based out of the Erwinville, LA facility, Brian leads 8 Lightweight Aggregate facilities across the country with a strong focus on employee safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
Brody Oakley
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Brody is an Oklahoma State University Graduate with a B.S. in Marketing and received an MBA from Southern Nazarene University. He has been tasked with a variety of positions throughout Arcosa Specialty Materials over the past 2 decades. This includes sales, marketing, operations, and management positions across multiple business units. He says “the best part of the job is working with a highly talented, motived group of individuals that come together as a team to service our customers.”
Randy Pryor
Vice President of Oklahoma and Corporate Operations
Randy is a 1989 graduate from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He started his career in environmental consulting, joining the cement industry in 1997. He was operations manager at a cement manufacturing facility in Kansas and Michigan from 2005-2018. He joined Arcosa Specialty Materials in March 2018 as Director of Manufacturing with oversight responsibilities plant facilities in Oklahoma and Nevada.
Steven Rowe
Vice President – Sales
Arcosa Lightweight
After earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Steve Rowe worked for 13 years for a diverse group of major general contractors. This experience translated well when he started in the expanded shale/clay lightweight aggregate industry in 1990 as a sales representative. He joined the Arcosa team in 2008 and progressively advanced to his current role. Steve leads the nationwide lightweight aggregate sales team to deliver the finest customer service and technical expertise.
Thomas Walker
Vice President of Finance
Thomas brings a wealth of industry specific knowledge to the Arcosa Specialty Materials family. He holds a BS in Accounting and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma. His experience and background is primarily in construction, distribution, fabrication and light marketing. He also has a strong background in financial analysis and internal audit for large public companies in the construction industry.
